These will be the last pictures of virtual canola crop standing. The grower has decided to cut it for hay with a windrower either today or tomorrow. There has been no rain in the past week, and Wednesday's weather further reduced the yield potential of all crops in the region with strong winds and a maximum temperature of 34 degrees. The crop is now at the end of flowering, and is very stressed. With no rainfall forecast for the next week, the crop would struggle to continue to fill pods.
